My journey in property maintenance began in 2018 while working for a North Shore park district. I soon realized that the same professional care I provided there was deeply needed by homeowners in our local community.
This inspired me to launch Woodpecker Property Maintenance in 2022, focusing on being the honest, prompt, and tidy expert my neighbors can rely on for their home care needs.While I currently balance this passion with a full-time role at a local school district, I remain fully dedicated to transforming your house through high-quality projects.
